Tips for Use:
  • Please read the instruction leaflet that is inside the Professional Wax Heater's Box before you begin to use it.
  • Pour the Hot Wax Beans into your Professional Wax Heater. You can pour at least half the bag of Hot Wax Beans into the Wax Heater. You can add more beans if there is a need to do so. The capacity of the Wax Heater is 500CC/ 500ml, but dont overfill it.
  • Turn your temperature control knob and set the dial on "HI' until the wax achieves a liquid consistency. This process lasts approximately 25 minutes. For faster heating, place the lid on the Wax Heater.
  • Once the wax is liquid, turn the dial onto "MED". 
  • It is extremely important to First Test the temperature of the wax by placing a small quantity on the inside of your wrist. You can then adjust the dial accordingly. 
  • Apply your Pre Wax Treatment Spray to the area you will be waxing and pat it dry.
  • Using a spatula, spread a thin layer of wax onto the area to be treated in the opposite direction of hair growth. When applying this wax leave the edges slightly thicker for easy removal. Allow a short period to cool and then holding the skin taut, remove wax with a firm action against the direction of hair growth.
  • (Before removing the wax, tap it a couple of times to check it has set and is ready to be removed) The heat from the wax helps to open the hair follicle, making the removal procedure less painful.         
    The wax is left on the skin until it hardens, which as it starts to cool down, contracts and grips the hair. Due to this strong gripping action, the hair is pulled out directly from the root. Hot wax only adheres to the hair (rather than the skin).
  • Then apply your Post Wax Treatment Spray for a soothing effect.
  • Please note that you will need to use a product called Citri Clean to remove any sticky wax residue from your Professional Wax Heater. Ensure your Wax Heater is switched off before cleaning it with the Citri Clean, but the Wax Heater must still be warm.
  • Using a Wax Collar will also help prevent the wax from sticking to the top edges of your Wax Heater.
