Delivery across South Africa

Choose door-to-door courier delivery or an eligible Bob Box locker or Pargo pickup point at checkout. The options available depend on your delivery address and order. Your final delivery charge is shown before payment.

Order processing

Orders are processed within 2–7 business days. Processing time is separate from the estimated courier transit times below.

Door-to-door delivery

Standard courier: R120 — estimated 5–7 working days after dispatch.
Fast courier: R165 — estimated 2–3 working days after dispatch.
Free standard delivery on qualifying orders of R1,350 or more. Select Standard Free Delivery when it appears at checkout. Fast delivery and pickup-point services are charged separately as shown at checkout.

Door deliveries take place during business hours, Monday to Friday, excluding South African public holidays.

Bob Box lockers and Pargo pickup points

Enter your delivery address at checkout to see eligible nearby collection options. Select your preferred locker or counter before paying. Pickup-point prices vary by service, destination and parcel; the displayed checkout price includes our R20 handling fee.

Once the parcel is ready for collection, follow the collection notification and PIN or instructions sent by the provider. Collect within the deadline in your notification and check the pickup point’s opening hours before travelling. Delivery and collection availability is subject to the provider’s service limits.

Tracking and delivery updates

Once your parcel is dispatched, we will send a tracking number and link by email or SMS. Delivery times are estimates. For locker and counter orders, wait for the ready-for-collection notification before visiting the selected point. If an unexpected delay affects your order, we will contact you by phone or electronically.
