We can’t take back any perfume that has been opened. We do specify on the info of the product if it is AAA Grade perfume. 

Please inspect and test your order upon receipt. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase
or have changed your mind, we have a 14-day returns policy which will be for your own account.
This means that you have 14 days, after receiving your item to return or exchange. All electrical
items have a 6-month warranty from the date of purchase. Please ensure that the product is
returned in its original packaging. No exchanges or returns will be accepted if you no longer have the
packaging and accessories. Yes You Online is not responsible when you do not know how to make use of
a product. No refunds will be given if you make use of product incorrectly and damage it. If the
product is faulty, kindly sent us a video of the product, in use to 066 530 7688. All electrical
equipment is New and thoroughly tested before we ship it to our clients. Please ensure that you
