How much is delivery?
Standard door-to-door courier delivery is R120 (estimated 5–7 working days after dispatch). Fast courier delivery is R165 (estimated 2–3 working days after dispatch). Allow 2–7 business days for order processing before dispatch.
Do you offer free delivery?
Free standard delivery is available on qualifying orders of R1,350 or more. Select Standard Free Delivery at checkout. Fast courier and pickup-point services remain priced as shown at checkout.
Can I collect from a locker or pickup point?
Yes. Eligible Bob Box lockers and Pargo pickup counters appear at checkout based on your delivery address and order. Choose your preferred location before paying. Rates vary; your pickup-point delivery price is shown at checkout.
How do I collect my parcel?
Wait for the provider’s ready-for-collection notification, then use the collection PIN or instructions provided. Check the location’s opening hours and collect before the deadline in your notification.
