What does it cost to become a seller?

The seller membership is R399 per month. A once-off R200 administration and training fee is charged when an approved seller joins.

How is commission calculated?

Yes You Online currently receives 15% commission on each successful order. The seller's earnings are calculated after this commission and any agreed order adjustments.

Will my products go live immediately?

No. New listings stay pending while the Yes You Online team reviews them. Approved products are then published to the marketplace.

Who packs and ships customer orders?

Each seller is responsible for packing and shipping their own products directly to the customer and keeping the order tracking information up to date.

Who handles returns and customer problems?

Yes You Online manages communication with the customer. We then contact the relevant seller and coordinate the return, replacement or refund process.

How will I receive my earnings?

Yes You Online will deduct the 15% commission before paying the seller balance. The payout method and schedule will be confirmed during onboarding, with earnings and adjustments tracked through the marketplace workflow.

The seller portal is designed for managing products, stock, orders, fulfilment updates, sales and earnings from one dashboard.

What can I sell?

Applications are welcomed across Toys, Pets, Beauty, Fragrances, Baby, and Home and Living. Product suitability is reviewed before approval.
